We can do as much (or as little) as you choose.
Do you want to translate your company brochure? We can do the translation, editing, proofreading, and the desktop publishing. You just supply us all the information and the files. You'll receive your document ready to print.
Do you have a document in Spanish that was written in Spain? Is your target market Chile? Argentina? Mexico? These cultures all have different versions of Spanish, so be careful. We make sure our translations are written for the culture in which they will appear.
Do you need your legal documents translated by a certified translator and then notarized? We can do it.
Interpretation
Maria Weir partners with interpreters who are experienced in the legal and healthcare fields, Certified and Qualified by the Administrative Office of the Pennsylvania Courts – AOPC and The National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters.
We provide interpreting services for any setting, including depositions, court hearings, attorney-client consultation, Workman’s Compensation Hearings, safety compliance training, medical appointments, and more.

Video Remote Interpreting
It's an easy and practical solution when your client and the interpreter cannot be in the same location.
You don't require any special equipment. You can get the interpretation using your iPhone, iPad or Android, from any place where you are.

Logistics
When you have visitors coming from Latin America, there are many aspects of their visit that might require organizing.
Sometimes a visitor comes on a business trip with a companion who is not involved in the business meetings, yet your company wants to provide interesting activities for that person. We organize it!
We have experience arranging the logistics of visits for Latin American delegations to the Philadelphia area. We plan and manage the transportation, scheduling, and interpretation in a variety of business and social settings.
